Sky Views Observatory Tickets

Need to know

• You will need to arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time slot for security checks and ticket validation. Please account for this extra time when selecting your booking slot.
• Sky Views Observatory is wheelchair accessible; however, the Glass Slide and Edge Walk are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
• Please note: We can’t control the weather, so visibility may vary on the day of your visit.
• Opening hours and entry times may change without prior notice.
• The Edge Walk and Glass Slide are not suitable for guests with health conditions, physical or mental limitations, or medical concerns (including but not limited to neck or back issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, motion sickness, pregnancy, or recent injuries).
• Getting there: The Observatory is located on Levels 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, Tower 1. Entry is via Level 1, next to the residence entrance, or via the Dubai Mall metro link.
• Glass Slide
• Age: 12–65 years only. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in person.
• Height: 120–200 cm.
• Weight: 30–120 kg.
• Edge Walk
• Age: 12–65 years. Children under 18 require parental consent in person.
• Height: 135–200 cm.
• Weight: 30–120 kg.
