Terms and Conditions
Baseman Tourism provides tours, travel arrangements, excursions, transportation, and related activities (“Activities”) to participants (“you” or “your”) either directly or through carefully selected suppliers. By purchasing our services or participating in any activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Vouchers and Tickets
- Any vouchers, tickets, and coupons issued for Activities are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions of the owners, operators, carriers, or third parties involved in delivering Activities.
- The purchase of a voucher or making a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Methods
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- By providing payment information, you confirm authority to use the selected payment method and the accuracy of the submitted details.
- Your card or payment account will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
- Payments will be processed in the currency shown; your bank may apply currency conversion charges.
Modifications and Cancellations
- Cancellation and modification policies depend on the specific product or service and will be displayed during booking. Please review these policies carefully.
- Requests for changes to bookings are subject to availability and approval by suppliers. We cannot guarantee any change requests will be accommodated.
- In the event of a “no show” (failure to appear at the meeting point on time), no refund will be issued.
- If a supplier cancels, changes, or makes material alterations to an Activity (such as date or itinerary), and you are dissatisfied with alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds, in all other cases, are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Supplier-Led Cancellations and Changes
- We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or omit any part of an Activity without notice due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as adverse weather, accidents, illness, governmental action, or force majeure.
- Any refund or partial refund due to such changes will be at our discretion and/or that of the relevant third-party supplier.
Risk and Participant Responsibility
- Some Activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these and confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to do so.
- You must comply at all times with the instructions of any Activity leader or guide.
- If, in our staff’s opinion, your behavior, medical condition, or preparedness poses a risk, you may be excluded from the Activity without entitlement to a refund.
Indemnity and Hazards
For certain high-risk Activities or where required by law, you may be asked to sign additional indemnity and waiver forms prior to participation. Refusal to sign may disqualify participation.
Third-Party Operators
- Where Activities or tickets are provided by third parties, Baseman Tourism acts solely as agent. The third party’s terms and conditions will apply, and any refunds or remedies must be sought from them directly.
- We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers.
Travel Insurance
- We accept no liability for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death arising from participation in Activities.
- You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (including health and personal belongings coverage) before your trip.
- Personal items are carried at your own risk.
Purchase Agreement
Except where expressly permitted, purchased Activities and travel products are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for resale or commercial/promotional use.
Promotions and Discounts
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed.
- Promotional codes or offers are valid only as stated and may be subject to additional conditions.
Account Creation
Discounts or benefits for creating an account cannot be used together with other promotions or discounts unless specified.
Lost and Found
Items left behind after participation will be retained for up to three months; if unclaimed after this period, items will be responsibly disposed of.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- Any legal disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of UAE.
