Need to know
- Tip: Stay hydrated. The cold environment can be deceptive, so remember to drink water regularly.
- For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope else won't be allowed.
- For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
- An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.
- Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.
- Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.
- Caps are not included in the winter attire provided, so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.
